What are your processing times?

Each Mozy Cozy creation is handmade (made-to-order) with care, so please allow 5-7 days for processing and sculpting before your order ships. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

How long does domestic (U.S.) shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the method you choose at checkout. You'll be able to select a shipping option that works best for you. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders can be placed where global shipping is available. If your country isn't on the list, message me and I’ll see what I can do!

Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not collected at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and may be requested upon delivery. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over these fees or any delays they may cause.
